This calculator uses real pricing data from 2800+ siding jobs across Nassau and Suffolk County since 2009. It accounts for house size, number of stories, material choice, and condition of the existing exterior.
The result is a ballpark range, not a fixed quote. It gets most homeowners within 15% of the final number.
